This role is responsible for creation and execution of the performance-based user acquisition strategy across all mobile platforms. This role will lead paid and not paid acquisition marketing efforts to meet or exceed targets and goals. The person will oversee a team of marketing, UA, ASO specialists for all planning, managing, analyzing and reporting all performance marketing efforts, while working closely with Product Owners and other groups.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years demonstrated management level experience in marketing in mobile industry
Experience in developing and execution comprehensive marketing strategy
Experience in user acquisition process & methodology improvement in conjunction with product and marketing teams to ensure ROI maximization
Handle social media initiatives & press inquiries
Highly motivated self-starter with good analytical skills
Growth Hacker marketing experience and pedigree driving mobile app downloads

Required Skills

Data-driven decision maker, with the ability to process and present data

Excellent analytical skills and an inquisitive nature

Project management

Excellent communication as well as organizational skills

Confident in building strategies and processes and have the ability to scale these globally

Working closely with other key company stakeholders to ensure best in class strategy and tactical execution while leading and mentoring a team
Growing our user base with high attention to monetisation
Develop industry leading mobile user acquisition initiatives
Set an exciting and inspiring direction, take ownership, set high standards of execution, recruit world-class people, keep them challenged and motivated, and coach and grow them into stars
Measure impact of marketing programs on customer behavior, apply insights to refine strategies
Monitor current marketing activities in relation LTV, optimisation, strategy creation
