As a Head of Growth you will be responsible for company paid growth.
Your long term task is to create a team of growth managers inside every product, and lead them to success.
Your short term task is to set up processes of user acquisition for our flagship product. All methods and technology choices are available at your disposal.

Required Skills

Positive attitude, passion for games, and a love for problem-solving

Proven mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns

Highly analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CPC, CPA, and payback period

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and creative, copy, and landing page development

Excellent communication and management skills to build a team of successful people

Excited to work in a lean, small team environment working with the future world’s leading products

Responsibilities at this position

Build a growth engine for our products
Maximize ROAS for each game, channel, and user cohort
Collaborate with creative teams to construct exciting campaigns, landing pages, creative directions, and messaging
Work closely with our Data Scientist team to consistently upgrade and enhance our UA Tech
Build and groom our growth marketing team successfully
