QA Specialist
Head of QA
Head of QA role means being hands-on from a technical point of view and hands-off with a focus on strategy and processes. You have a great knowledge about testing strategies and know which to choose when.
Requirements
- You can take on responsibilities for mentoring and helping other QA team members
- You can ensure best practice across the QA team members
- You can ensure the best possible gameplay experience for our millions of players all over the world
- You can test of the latest dev-versions with the help of test plans
- You analyse and summarise functioning and non-functioning aspects of the game production process
- You have at least 3 years experience in similar position
- Exceptional knowledge of QA process and methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle Experience
- Data-Driven Thinking
- At least two cycles with games production (pref. mobile)
- Flexible with the ability to and work under pressure.
- Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.

- Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards
- Make sure that quality assurance standards are adequate
- Elaborate the procedures of sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data
- Oversee the implementation and ensure efficiency of inspection and quality systems
- Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable
- Ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
- Identify and Resolve Production Issues
- Conduct Product Testing and Audits
- Document Product Tests and Corrections
- Evaluate Production Operations
- Building and maintaining the automated test scripts
- Writing and maintaining test cases, test plans and test scripts
